A Fundraising Campaign for the Evacuees of the Taal Volcano Phreatic Eruption

Last January 12, 2020, smoke and ash rose from the Taal Volcano in Tagaytay Philippines, showing warnings of a possible explosion. This urged the Authorities to have locals evacuate their homes.
As of January 13, About 16,780 individuals had to leave their homes, and the numbers are growing each day. Harvests made to last the whole season was lost in one night due to the phreatic eruption of Taal Volcano.

The School of Satchel in partnership with Planet CORA, a non-profit organization dedicated to create sustainable programs to help solve global issues, will be raising funds to help the Taal Volcano victims by donating:

We will also be accepting in-kind donations. (Hygiene kits, N95 Masks, Cleaning Tools, Blankets, Food and Water) You may drop off your donations at our HQ in
Wooden Canvas, Cubao Expo, General Romulo, Araneta Center Cubao, Quezon City from 1 pm-3 pm on Weekdays. We highly encourage eco-friendly donations. Please use eco-bags or boxes instead of plastic bags.
We will be in cooperation with Planet CORA for all donations to reach our evacuees.
The fundraising campaign will run from January 15 to 31, 2020.
